Thayne's Pinewood Derby Car and another recipe. This is from my friend Heidi Mumford. She gave it to me years ago in Colorado and it is one of my favorites still, but ironically it is not one Thayne likes. He has a thing against spaghetti sauce! So I leave a few pieces of breaded chicken naked for him.
